The Trinity County Burn Ban has officially been lifted as of March 12, 2026.
Residents may resume outdoor burning. However, please use caution and burn responsibly. Changing weather conditions and dry vegetation can still create fire hazards.
If conditions change, the Commissioners Court may reinstate the burn ban.
