SUMMARY: Detectives from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, Victorville Police Station, investigated multiple armed robberies near Mesa Linda Park spanning over a two-week period. The suspect brandished a firearm and demanded victims give him various jewelry and clothing items.
During the investigation, Gabriel Gutierrez Rodriguez, was positively identified as the suspect in the armed robberies. On Thursday, March 12, 2026, investigators from the Victorville Police Department arrested Gutierrez Rodriguez. During a search warrant service at Gutierrez Rodriguez's residence, detectives recovered identifiable stolen property, clothing used during the robberies, and imitation firearms.
