* WHERE...Northern Elko, Ruby Mountains and East Humboldt Range in Elko, South Central Elko, and Southeastern Elko Counties.
* WHEN...From 11 AM to 11 PM PDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Blowing dust may temporarily reduce visibility to one-half mile or less in spots. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHERN ELKO COUNTY ... SOUTHEASTERN ELKO COUNTY ... RUBY MOUNTAINS AND EAST HUMBOLDT RANGE ... SOUTH CENTRAL ELKO COUNTY
