* WHAT...West to northwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts from 50 to 60 mph expected. The strongest winds will be south of Boise near Mountain Home and Glenn's Ferry.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Idaho.
* WHEN...From noon to 9 PM MDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Strong to damaging winds will blow down tree branches. Some power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Blowing dust will cause impacts to visibility, mainly in the Lower Snake Plain.
* AFFECTED AREAS: UPPER TREASURE VALLEY ... WESTERN MAGIC VALLEY ... CAMAS PRAIRIE ... SOUTHERN TWIN FALLS COUNTY
