A Message From the Deal Police Department
Over the past several weeks, we have seen an increase in violent incidents occurring in various parts of the country. In response to these events, the Deal Police Department participated in a meeting this morning with our state, county, and federal law enforcement partners to review current information and ensure that we remain prepared and proactive in our approach to public safety. Currently, there are no credible threats directed toward New Jersey or our local communities.
While we remain vigilant, we want to reassure our residents and visitors that the Deal Police Department is actively monitoring the situation and has taken appropriate steps to maintain a safe and secure environment throughout our communities. Our officers will continue to maintain a highly visible presence and remain in close communication with our law enforcement partners.
Everyone is encouraged to enjoy the weekend, spend time with family and friends, and avoid letting outside incidents disrupt their quality of life.
Public safety is a shared responsibility. If you see anything suspicious or out of the ordinary, please contact the Deal Police Department immediately. Your awareness and willingness to report anything suspicious will keep everyone safe.
We are grateful for the continued support and partnership of our residents, businesses, and visitors. Working together, we can ensure that our communities remain a safe and welcoming place for all.
