* WHAT...Snow continuing through this evening with periods of moderate snow near the continental divide. Additional snow accumulations up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...A portion of central Montana.
* WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...Roads will remain snow packed and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could locally reduce visibility.
* AFFECTED AREAS: UPPER BLACKFOOT AND MACDONALD PASS ... GATES OF THE MOUNTAINS ... LITTLE BELT AND HIGHWOOD MOUNTAINS ... HELENA VALLEY ... BIG BELT, BRIDGER AND CASTLE MOUNTAINS ... MEAGHER COUNTY VALLEYS ... ELKHORN AND BOULDER MOUNTAINS

Leave plenty of room between you and the motorist ahead of you, and allow extra time to reach your destination. Avoid sudden braking or acceleration, and be especially cautious on hills or when making turns. Make sure your car is winterized and in good working order.
