* WHERE...In Louisiana, Avoyelles, Evangeline, Rapides, St. Landry, Allen, Beauregard, and Vernon Parishes. In Texas, Northern Newton County.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 10 AM Sunday to 6 PM CDT Monday. For the Freeze Watch, from Monday evening through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
