Winter Parking Advisory - Please move any vehicle off of the street or alley until all snow accumulation has ended and snow removal is complete. Do not park or leave standing any motor vehicle upon any street or alleys of the City of Easton. A Declared Winter Parking Advisory is when snow accumulates to 2 inches or more and all the streets must be plowed. City of Easton Code 610.04 - Winter Parking - It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, firm or corporation to park or leave standing any motor vehicle upon any streets or alleys of the City of Easton for a period of forty-eight (48) hours after each snow fall of 2 inches or more during the period from October 15th to April 15th of each year.
