SNOW EMERGENCY! The City of Tracy has declared a snow emergency. City crews wil be out plowing after midnight. Please have vehicles removed from city streets and alleysways by 12:00 AM 03/16/2026 so snow removal is not obstructed. 

Instructions:

Remove vehicles from public roadways and alleyways so snow removal is not obstructed.
