* Locations impacted include... Marion, Hartford City, Gas City, Upland, Fairmount, Dunkirk, Montpelier, Jonesboro, Markle, Van Buren, Matthews, Warren, Fowlerton, Shamrock Lakes, Mcnatts, Landess, Liberty Center, Mount Zion, Mill Grove, and Herbst. This includes Interstate 69 in Indiana between mile markers 253 and 289.
