The City of Oneonta will be removing and trimming trees on Third Street at the intersection of Norton Ave to the dead end starting tomorrow, March 17th and 18th beginning around 8:30 a.m. and conclude by 5:00 p.m. No parking and traffic will be reduced to one-lane.
