WEATHER ALERT

* Damaging winds, localized tornado risk today with storms *
Threat Time: Monday 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM
Main risk for Squall line between 8:30 - 11:30 PM

We have a couple of showers and localized downpours in the area, though they pose no issues. While the day itself and into tonight has area-wide risks for wind gusts upwards of 50 mph, there are two main windows for storm activity to watch. The first is after 2 or 3 PM into sunset with scattered storms that can produce locally higher gusts over 50 mph. Even a localized tornado is possible from this activity. Otherwise, after a brief potential lull, one final round of gusty storms arrives with a squall line. This moves in through midnight before tapering off, but has the potential to produce more widespread gusts in excess of 55 mph. Winds remain gusty into Tuesday, along with turning chillier again.

Instructions:

Stay alert for changing weather 2 pm to 6 pm, then 8:30 pm to 11 PM
