* IMPACTS...Plan on hazardous travel conditions, especially on north to south roads and under the heaviest snow showers. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Sharply reduced visibility less than one quarter mile expected in the heaviest snow showers.
