INCIDENT: H&N 655(B) - DUI Watercraft - Boating Under the Influence and
H&N 655(C) - BUI with a Blood Alcohol Content over .08%
LOCATION: Lake Havasu - Thompson Bay
SUSPECT(S): Alberto Lucas, 26-year-old Resident of Las Vegas, NV
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Saturday, March 14, 2026, at approximately 4:15 p.m., marine enforcement deputies conducted a boat enforcement stop near Thompson Bay in Lake Havasu for a boating violation.
During the stop, Alberto Lucas was found to be operating a vessel under the influence of alcohol. Lucas was subsequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking.
Lucas was later issued a citation and released from the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a future court date.
