The juvenile victim was in the listed area when the suspect tried to fight his father. The victim intervened, and the suspect brandished a knife and swung it in his direction before fleeing. Officers responded, located the suspect, and took him into custody. The victim was not injured. ARRESTED: Antonio Giron, 39, for assault
with a deadly weapon and child abuse.
2. Pursuit Arrest (1610) Martin Luther King Blvd and Argonaut Street, Seaport District
Officers attempted an enforcement stop in the listed area. The driver failed to yield and led officers on a short pursuit that ended when the driver stopped and was taken into custody. ARRESTED: Jordan Smith, 24, for evading and traffic charges.
