Town of New Castle Police advises you to avoid Westwood Dr due to a current traffic issue. A utility hazard near 123 Westwood Dr has closed the roadway and will require a detour of traffic. Con Edison has been notified with no ETA and at this time it is unknown when it will be reopened. Updates to follow.
