The 25-year-old male victim was working at a business when the suspects entered. Suspects 1 and 2 grabbed the victim’s property from his person and fled. SUSPECT #1: H/M unknown age. SUSPECT #2: B/M unknown age. SUSPECT #3 H/M unknown age.
2. Person Shot (2059) 1000 Block of West Walnut Street, Civic District
The male victim, 18, and the suspect were involved in an argument when the suspect shot him. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening injury. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
3. Pursuit Arrest (2315) 3100 Block of East Main Street, Park District
Officers responded to the listed area regarding sideshow activities involving a vehicle firing a weapon. When officers attempted to conduct a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle, the driver failed to yield, leading them on a short pursuit. The pursuit ended when the vehicle collided with a power pole and became disabled. The driver was taken into custody and transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. ARRESTED. Timothy Sannicolas, 26, for DUI and evading.
4. Pursuit Arrest (0242) Hammer Lane and Alexandria Place, Bear Creek District
Officers attempted to stop a vehicle in the listed area driven by the suspect, who had outstanding arrest warrants. The suspect failed to yield, leading the officers on a short pursuit. The pursuit ended when the suspect pulled over and attempted to escape. Officers used force to take him into custody. ARRESTED: Eddie Spivey, 39, for warrants, resisting arrest, and traffic charges.
