2026 Salary Information

Police Officer Trainee (Academy)
• $9,989/month
• Paid while attending the academy
• All uniforms & equipment provided

Police Officer (Sworn)
• $11,752 – $14,005/month
• $141,024 – $168,060 annually
• All uniforms & equipment provided

Additional Incentives May Include:
• Overtime opportunities
• Master Officer pay (3–7%)
• Field Training Officer pay (8%)
• Education incentives (POST Intermediate & Advanced)
• Bilingual pay
• Specialty assignment pay
• Uniform allowance
