The Kern County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) is proud to announce a series of Professional Support Recruitment Events taking place throughout 2026. These events are designed to connect talented community members with meaningful career opportunities that support KCSO’s mission to serve and protect Kern County.
Recruitment events will take place on the following dates:

• November 17, 2026
All events will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at 34970 McMurtrey Avenue.

• Deputy Coroner
• Property Control Officer
Our Professional Support team members are essential to the daily operations of the Sheriff’s Office. These positions play a vital role in keeping our operations running efficiently and ensuring our community receives exceptional service.
