3/11 – 7:45 p.m. – Police received a 9-1-1 call of a vehicle driving erratically, entering Millstadt from Belleville on State Highway 158. The vehicle was stopped in the parking lot of Casey’s General Store, in the 300 block of East Washington Street. Upon investigating, the driver, Eoin P. Devine age 26 of St. Louis, MO., was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence of/BAC 0.8+, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis – Driver, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, Improper Traffic Lane Usage, & Improper Turn Signal.
