A 2026 Spring Message From Gloucester Township Police Chief Anthony M. Minosse

A 2026 Spring Message From Gloucester Township Police Chief Anthony M. Minosse

As spring arrives, it brings with it a renewed sense of energy throughout Gloucester Township. Warmer weather encourages us to spend more time outdoors, reconnect with neighbors and enjoy everything that makes Gloucester Township such a special place to live. Just as we see growth in nature during this time of year, we also have the opportunity to strengthen the connections that help keep our community safe and strong.

Public safety is at its best when it is built on partnerships. The relationship between our residents and the Gloucester Township Police Department truly works like a team. Our police officers always stand ready 24 hours a day to protect and serve, but the real strength of our community comes from everyone working together and looking out for one another.

Spring also brings the excitement of sports season, and there is a great lesson in that for all of us. Championship teams succeed because every player contributes and supports one another. The same is true in our neighborhoods. Simple acts such as checking in on a neighbor, taking pride in where we live, and staying engaged in our community all help make Gloucester Township a safer place for everyone.

We also ask residents to trust their instincts and believe in your champion mindset. If you see suspicious activity or something that just does not seem right, please contact us without delay. Your willingness to speak up plays an important role in preventing problems and helping us protect our neighborhoods. When residents and the police work together, we truly become an unstoppable team.

As we move into this beautiful season, I encourage everyone to stay positive, stay connected, and continue working together to keep Gloucester Township the community we are all proud to call home. We can never say it enough, always remember that the Gloucester Township Police Department is here for you and ready to assist whenever you need us.

On behalf of all the men and women of the Gloucester Township Police Department, thank you for the continued support you show us throughout the year. Your trust and encouragement mean more than you know, and we are proud to serve such a caring and committed community.

Wishing you and your families a safe, healthy, and joyful spring season,

Anthony Minosse
Chief of Police
