1. Resisting Arrest (0700) 2900 Block of Stanfield Drive, Bear Creek District
Officers conducted a search of a residence in the listed area. Two residents refused to obey the officers’commands, and force was used to take them into custody. ARRESTED: Daniel Bautista, 21, and a 16-year-old female juvenile for resisting arrest.
2. Resisting Arrest (1232) Church Street and San Joaquin Street, Seaport District
As officers conducted a checkout of a subject, he fled from them on foot. After a short foot pursuit, officers used force to take the suspect into custody. The suspect was found to be in possession of a loaded firearm. ARRESTED: Timothy Walker, 40, for resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, and weapon charges.
