Chino Hills Deputies Investigate Burglary and Arrest Suspect; Stolen Items Located During Search Warrant

DATE/TIME: March 12, 2026

INCIDENT: Burglary

LOCATION: 4200 block of Sierra Vista Drive, Chino Hills, CA 

SUSPECT 1: Daniel Anthony Maturino, 33-year-old resident of Chino Hills
SUSPECT 2: Arnold Caudillo, 59-year-old resident of Chino Hills
SUPECT 3: Enrique Miranda, 44-year-old resident of Chino Hills

VICTIM(S): Confidential

SUMMARY: On Thursday, March 12, 2026, deputies from the Chino Hills Station responded to a residential burglary in the 4200 block of Sierra Vista Drive. The residence was under construction at the time of the incident.

During the burglary, the suspect forced entry into the home and a secured cargo container on the property. Multiple items were stolen, including a washer, television, air conditioning unit, microwave, cookware, and other household items.

Through investigation, deputies identified Daniel Anthony Maturino as the suspect and a records check revealed Maturino was on active parole for burglary.

On March 18, 2026, deputies served a search warrant at Maturino’s residence. During the service of the warrant, several individuals were detained, including Daniel Maturino, Arnold Caudillo, and Enrique 
Miranda.  The victim’s property was located inside the residence and returned to the owner.

Daniel Maturino was arrested for Penal Code 459 – Burglary. Arnold Caudillo was arrested for Penal Code 30305(a)(1) –Felon in Possession of Ammunition. Enrique Miranda was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant.
