The remaining road of out Waialua at risk of failing in the event of more rain. Leave now while conditions are safe to prevent becoming stuck. Impacted area: All of Waialua west (Kaena side) of Kaukonahua Stream. Access INTO Waialua ends as of 9:30pm. Vehicles only allowed to EXIT after that. Evacuate now to avoid isolation.
