The victims in this incident have been identified as 48-year-old Curtis Jackson, 35-year-old Caroline Shockley, and 41-year-old Brandon Hill.

Update #1 (March 21):
On March 21st at approximately 4:18 a.m., members of the Uniformed Services Division responded to the area of 9th and Walnut Streets in reference to a serious motor vehicle collision. Police located a vehicle with 3 deceased occupants - a 48-year-old male, 35-year-old female, and 41-year-old male. Police also located 30-year-old Nicholas Resto, the driver of the striking vehicle. Resto was taken into custody and transported to the hospital in stable condition.
The case was assigned to the Special Operations Division’s Traffic Unit. Through investigative measures Resto was determined to be driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding at the time of the incident.
Resto has been charged with the following offenses in addition to traffic citations:
•Manslaughter- Three Counts
•Driving a Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol
He was arraigned and bail was set at $105,200 cash-only bail. Resto was committed to the custody of the Department of Correction.
This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.
