Information:
On Sunday, March 22, 2026 at approximately 1:37 p.m., the Fontana and Rialto Police Departments received a call of a single-vehicle motorcycle traffic collision on Casa Grande Drive at Mango Avenue, on the borderline of both cities. Officers from both departments along with the Rialto Fire Department arrived on-scene and began treating the motorcyclist.
The motorcyclist was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. The Rialto Police Department’s Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT) responded and initiated a comprehensive investigation into the collision.
Preliminary information indicates the motorcyclist rode westbound on Casa Grande Drive and collided with marked concrete K-rails placed by the City of Fontana west of Mango Avenue.
