PUBLIC NOTICE - WATER MAIN FLUSHING IN SOMERSET, MA
The Town of Somerset Water Department will be performing water main flushing Monday 3/30/2026 through Friday 4/3/2026 from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
The Distribution Crew will be flushing on Hot and Cold Lane, then making their way west on Read Street to the Town line, and then flushing all the side streets off of Read Street. All surrounding neighborhoods may be affected.
Residents and businesses in these areas may experience some temporary discoloration of water, loss of water and/or water pressure due to the flushing operations. As a precaution, please check your water before using. Somerset Water Department apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
