INCIDENT: Felony Warrant Arrest H&S 11350 - Possession of a Controlled Substance and PC 487(D)(2) - Grand Theft of a Firearm
LOCATION: 1300 Block of Larchwood Circle, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Michael Hood, 50-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at approximately 4:08 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department made contact with Michael Hood during a call for service near the 1300 block of Larchwood Circle in Needles. During the investigation, Reid was found to have a felony warrant out for his arrest for H&S 11350 - Possession of a Controlled Substance and PC 487(D)(2) - Grand Theft of a Firearm. Hood was consequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Hood remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department on $100,000.00 bail, awaiting a court hearing.
