LOCATION: 14000 Block of Jicarilla Road, Apple Valley
SUSPECT(S): 17-year-old, Male Juvenile
Monica Dalthorp, 54-year-old, Resident of Apple Valley
SUMMARY: On March 25, 2026, at 6:52 p.m., near the 14000 block of Jicarilla Rd. in the city of Apple Valley, investigators from the Hesperia Gang Investigations Team served a search warrant with the assistance of Apple Valley Sheriff's Station.
During the search, a 17-year-old male juvenile was found in possession of firearm parts, .223 ammunition, and 3 pairs of brass knuckles. A stolen Yamaha street motorcycle and suspected methamphetamine was also found to be in possession of the juvenile's mother, Monica Dalthorp.
The juvenile was arrested and cite released for PC 29650, a minor in possession of live ammunition. Dalthorp was arrested and cite released for HS 11377, possession of methamphetamine, and PC 496, receiving stolen property.
