* TIMING...From Saturday morning through Saturday evening.

* WINDS...Northeast winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 to 25 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
