A second victim has died as a result of injuries sustained in the incident in the 1900 block of NW 14.
On Sunday, March 23, Amarillo Police officers responded to a residence where a suspect drove a vehicle into a home and fired shots into the residence. The suspect later died after being shot by responding officers after firing at them.
The second victim, Danny Shead, died on March 26 from injuries sustained in the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
