The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating missing person, Sandrene "Sandy" Palmer. She is a 35-year-old, Black female who was last seen on March 15, 2026, at 8:00 a.m., on the 8600 block of Whittier Boulevard, in the city of Pico Rivera.
Ms. Palmer is 4’11” tall, 150 lbs., with long black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a dress and knee-high boots. She may be driving a burgundy Hyundai Sonata with CA plate #9TOK450.
