Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Missing Persons Detail, is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Richard White. Mr. White was last seen on March 27, 2026 at 4:08 p.m. on the 1900 block of Marengo St., in Los Angeles.
Mr. White is described as a 21-year-old male White, 6’00”, 193 lbs., with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts, black shoes with yellow soles, and a backpack.
Mr. White suffers from various mental health conditions and is medication dependent. His family is concerned for is well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
