3/20 – 3:44 p.m. – Police responded to a complaint for a solicitor without a permit at West Washington Street and Landau. Police made contact with the solicitor in the 1000 block of West Washinton Street. The subject had been warned by the police department in February not to solicit without a permit. The subject, Dakota Bien age 22 of Green Forest, Arkansas, was issued a citation for Soliciting without a Permit.
