3/24 – 1:41 p.m. – Edward V. House Jr., 54 of Belleville, arrested on St. Clair County ordinance violation warrants, and cited for Operation of Vehicle with Suspended Registration & Operation Uninsured Vehicle. Incident occurred in the 100 block of East Washington Street.
