Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., requests the public’s help in locating Jolee Dragona Torres, 47, of Newark, who was reported missing on March 9, 2026.
Ms. Torres was last seen in the 300 block of Summer Avenue at approximately 8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. She is described as White, 5’4” tall, and 135 pounds, with a long scar on her right forearm. She was wearing a green jacket, a black hooded sweatshirt, and blue jeans. Ms. Torres is known to frequent the area of Broadway and 3rd Avenue in Newark.
Director Miranda urges anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Jolee Dragona Torres to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS(1-877-695-8477). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
