* Locations impacted include... Defiance, Ottawa, Leipsic, Deshler, Continental, Holgate, Glandorf, Hamler, Melrose, Malinta, Florida, West Leipsic, Gilboa, Belmore, Miller City, New Bavaria, Arthur, Charloe, Ayersville, and Brunersburg.
