He is 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 155 pounds, has black and gray hair, and brown eyes. His last know whereabouts were on March 31, 2026, at 10:30 am, in the 11 hundred block of 23rd street south in Fargo, North Dakota. Larry is a vulnerable adult.
