This is a test of the City of Ferris Emergency Alert System. This is a statewide emergency alert drill in cooperation with the Texas Department of Emergency Management and the Ellis County Office of Emergency Management.
This is only a test to ensure communication systems function properly during an emergency to allow the community to receive immediate notifications. There is no action required at this time.
