1. Stalking / Pursuit Arrest (1539) Channel Street and San Joaquin Street, Civic District
Officers were investigating a stalking incident when they observed the suspect’s vehicle driving in the listed area. Officers attempted to stop the suspect, but he failed to yield, leading officers on a pursuit. The suspect pulled over and surrendered. ARRESTED: Peter Klein, 60, for stalking, unlawful use of a tracking device, tampering with a vehicle, and pursuit charges.
2. Resisting Arrest (1659) San Joaquin Street and Hazelton Avenue, Seaport District
Officers responded to the listed area on a report of a person armed with a firearm. Officers located the suspects, attempted to detain them, but both fled on foot. Force was used to take one suspect into custody, and the other surrendered after a block search. ARRESTED: A 16-year-old male and a 17-year-old male for resisting arrest.
3. Resisting Arrest (1905) Brush Creek Drive and Canvasback Way, Bear Creek District
Officers detained the suspects involved in a hit-and-run collision in the listed area. One suspect was uncooperative and attempted to take property from the vehicle involved. As officers detained the suspect, he struggled with them and lunged into the vehicle. Force was used to take him into custody. ARRESTED: Leonard Hallman, 63, for resisting arrest.
