FFWLOT The National Weather Service in Chicago has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for... Western and Northwestern Livingston County in central Illinois...

* Until 200 AM CDT.

* At 808 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain is moving into the warned area with a history of producing flash flooding. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Rapid-onset flooding of creeks, streams, drainage ditches, streets, underpasses, low-lying areas, and other poor drainage areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Streator, Pontiac, Dwight, Flanagan, Odell, South Streator, Cornell and Long Point. Additional waves of showers and storms are expected late this evening through tonight.

* AFFECTED AREAS: LIVINGSTON, IL
