Traffic Advisory

On behalf of Mayor Michael Johnson and the Haledon Municipal Council, in cooperation with Chief of Police Angelo J. Daniele, the Haledon Police Department advises residents that milling and paving operations are scheduled to take place on Monday, April 6, 2026, and Tuesday, April 7, 2026, starting immediately at 8:00 AM.

The following roadways and intersections will be affected:

Barbour Street, from Central Avenue to Legion Place (full roadway)

Intersection of Barbour Street and Legion Place (full intersection)

Intersection of Barbour Street and Cliff Street (full intersection)

Intersection of Barbour Street and Oxford Street (full intersection)

Cedar Cliff Avenue, from Central Avenue to the end of the roadway (full roadway)

Notices have been issued and Emergency No Parking signs have been posted in all designated work zones. Residents must comply with all posted signage. Vehicles parked in violation of posted restrictions will be subject to ticketing and towing.

Motorists should expect traffic delays and are strongly encouraged to avoid these areas and plan alternate routes during the scheduled work periods.

The Borough of Haledon appreciates your cooperation and patience as these roadway improvements are completed.
