The male victim, 66, was in the area when the suspects approached him. One suspect struck him while the other pepper sprayed him. The suspects took the victim’s property and fled in a vehicle. SUSPECTS: two Black males.
2. Weapon Arrest (1414) San Miguel Avenue and Antonio Way, Bear Creek District
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop of a vehicle in the listed area. Officers located a firearm in the vehicle and arrested the suspect without incident. ARRESTED: Jorge Islasgarcia, 28, for weapon charges.
3. Residential Robbery Arrest (1422) 1800 Block of West Flora Street, Civic District
The female victim, 21, let the known suspect into a residence in the listed area. The suspect became upset, took a knife, cut himself, threatened to kill the victim, and fled with her property. Officers located the suspect and arrested him without incident. The property was recovered and the victim was uninjured. ARRESTED: Victor Trevino, 21, for residential robbery and terrorist threats.
