* WHERE...Wisconsin River at Castle Rock Dam.

* WHEN...From Monday morning to early Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 30,000 cfs, Localized flooding occurs along the river downstream of the Castle Rock Dam.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:10 PM CDT Sunday the flow was 26,873 cfs. - Bankfull stage is not available. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning and continue rising to 33,180 cfs Tuesday evening.
