The City of Hubbard is receiving direct assistance from the Ohio EPA for lead service line identification. The contracted firm, Arcadis, will be working in the city over the next several months to identify service line materials. This will include staff making on-foot scouting, then there will be crews performing small excavations at randomly selected service lines to identify materials. Please be advised there is no need for resident involvement, the crews will be working in the utility right of way.
