Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., requests the public’s help in locating Jamaya Miller Long, 15, of Newark, who was reported missing on March 25, 2026.
Jamaya, a frequent runaway, was last seen in the 600 block of Kenneth A. Gibson Boulevard in Newark. She was wearing two brown puffer jackets, brown Ugg boots, black leggings, and had piercings in her nose.

Jamaya is described as a Black female, 5’6”, and 150 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. She is known to frequent Camden and New York City.
Director Miranda urges anyone with information on Jamaya Miller-Long’s whereabouts to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
