INCIDENT: P.C. 273.5(A) - Felony Spousal Abuse
LOCATION: 1900 block of Erin Drive, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): BRET STROTHER, 34-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Friday, April 3, 2026, at approximately 11:35 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department responded to the 1900 block of Erin Drive, reference a domestic disturbance.
Upon arrival, deputies contated the suspect, identified as BRET STROTHER. During the course of the investigation, deputies determined that STROTHER had assaulted the victim, resulting in injuries. STROTHER was subsequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. STROTHER remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail set at $50,000.00, pending a court hearing.
