On April 6, 2026, an unidentified deceased male subject was discovered in the Santa Clara River bottom, near the Lirio Extension in 1900 block of Lirio Avenue. There were no signs of fatal trauma observed. The individual was dressed in a camouflage jacket, dark colored jean pants, and with black shoes. No personal belongings were discovered near the area the subject was located.
Following an autopsy performed by the Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office, the subject remains unidentified. The following are the physical descriptions:
• Gender: Male
• Probable Ethnicity: Likely Hispanic
• Age Range: Approximately 20-30 years
• Height: Approximately 5’1” tall
• Weight: Approximately 105-115 pounds
