NYC Department of Environmental Protection will be performing a dye test on 4/9 at 10:00 AM on the FDR Drive at East 42nd Street in Manhattan. Expect northbound traffic delays and consider alternate routes. The green dye may enter the East River and be visible to the public. The dye is non-toxic, safe for the environment, and quickly dissipates in the water.
