INCIDENT: PC 368(D)(1) - Theft of an Elder Dependent Adult
PC 1203.2(A)(3) - Violation of Probation
LOCATION: 1000 Block of Bailey Avenue, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Nunziata Ciaccia, 45-years-old, Female Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at approximately 2:00 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to a probation check near the 1000 block of Bailey Avenue in Needles, CA.
During the investigation, deputies determined that Nunziata Ciaccia was in violation of PC368(D)(1) - Theft of an Elder Dependent Adult and PC 1203.2(A)(3) - Violation of Probation.
Ciaccia was subsequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Ciaccia remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with no bail, awaiting a court hearing. This investigation is ongoing.
